Residential Cleaning Services
Basic cleaning services such as recurring cleans, are designed with each client to obtain and maintain a clean home to tailored specifications. Generally provided but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. Free quotes are offered so clients know exactly what to expect. Basic cleaning services are billed for hours scheduled at a rate of $50 an hour with a two hour minimum.

Deep cleaning services go above and beyond basic residential services for a more thorough and in-depth clean. These services may include things like dishes, laundry, stain removal, baseboard cleaning, appliance cleaning, wall washing, and other more in depth cleaning projects. Deep cleaning services include things like move-out cleans, and real estate pre-listing cleans. A free quote is offered for these services so clients know exactly what to expect. Deep cleaning services are billed for hours scheduled at a rate of $60 an hour with a three hour minimum.

Vacation Rental Cleaning Services
Lee Cleans specializes in short term and vacation rental services. These services require superior attention to detail to transform a home into a guest retreat. Vacation rental services include basic residential cleaning services in addition to several tasks tailored to vacation rentals. Dishes and linens, making beds, ensuring cabinets are organized and crumb free, appliances are cleaned in and out, BBQs are cleaned, hot tubs are skimmed and water maintained, inventory of supplies is taken, and unique details specific to each home are tended to. Maintenance concerns are also noted. Vacation rental cleaning services meet and often exceed requirements from rental markets (like AirBnb & VRBO) and are billed at a flat rate determined during the initial walkthrough of the home. On average, vacation rentals that sleep 4-6 guests can expect a flat rate between $150-$200 per turnover clean.
