About the Role
Lee Cleans is looking for a reliable, part-time cleaner to handle recurring, regular cleans for client homes on Whidbey Island.
This is an evolving position that will start out at $18/hr for training, 10-15 hours a week for a few weeks. Once training is complete, a wage increase and additional hours will be given. Lots of potential to increase to full time hours if interested. Paid travel between cleans, plus any tips.
The ideal cleaning specialist will be a reliable, self-starter with attention for details. The position involves entering client homes, and performing routine cleaning tasks that have been arranged for each home. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: dusting, wiping, scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and tidying. Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, scrub, and carry supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel to/from and between client homes
- Pass a background check
- Provide character references
- Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised.
- Cleaning experience not required, but preferred.
